Ms. Sassi has 30+ years of experience in health care collections, making her one of Texas's most seasoned healthcare collections attorneys. Her practice focuses on contractual reimbursement disputes with managed care organizations, payor denials (including level of care, medical necessity, utilization review, quality assurance, and billing), reimbursement disputes with self-funded employee benefit plans, and disputes concerning refund/recoupment demands.

As a Texas healthcare collections attorney, Lynne has successfully represented numerous medical providers throughout Texas, including hospitals, medical practices, and healthcare systems. Her deep understanding of Texas healthcare law and federal regulations makes her an invaluable advocate for Texas medical providers facing complex reimbursement challenges.

Lynne's expertise extends to ERISA litigation, managed care contract disputes, and appeals of denied claims. She is known for her strategic approach to healthcare collections and her commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for Texas medical providers, including workers’ compensation denials and denials involving the Department of Labor.

In her spare time, Lynne enjoys gardening, reading, and is extremely passionate about college football.

Chris represents Texas healthcare providers in complex payor disputes and claims reimbursement matters, drawing on extensive experience in managed care and workers' compensation revenue cycle issues. He regularly advises medical providers on navigating reimbursement challenges and protecting revenue in a highly regulated environment.

Chris's practice concentrates on assisting healthcare providers with worker's compensation reimbursement denials, including representing providers through all levels of administrative hearings and appeals before the Texas Department of Insurance and the State Office of Administrative Hearings, as well as in medical fee disputes. Chris is also well-versed in dealing with worker's compensation carrier disputes, including network contract disputes and carrier-specific complaints for private insurance carriers and governmental worker's compensation agencies. Chris has resolved injured employee disputes for healthcare providers involving both worker's compensation subscribers and non-subscribers.

Chris has also represented Texas healthcare providers in litigation involving self-funded and fully insured employee benefit plans, including ERISA disputes.
